Is KRZR's Hare Truly Wild?
“The Wild Hare” has been local rock station KRZR’s tagline for more years than I care to remember. It never sounded right. Always had a little white-trash-eighties-holdover feel to it. Plus, the actual logo KRZR uses, of a rabbit in a leather jacket trying to look like Joey from Full House, looks like straight cheese.
If they are intent are using an animal as the radio station mascot/tagline, why not change it to something like:
The Hacking Hippo.
The Agitated Aardvark.
The Zealous Zebra.
The Sexy Squirrel
The Rancid Raccoon
The Queer Coyote
Something else guys…
